These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of the software synthesizers "Synth-80" and "Synth-80 FX" (collectively, the "Software"), developed by Jun Murakami (legal name: Jun Takahashi, the "Developer"). By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and Payment (Seller of Record) Purchases of the Software are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, a third-party payment provider (the "Payment Provider"). The Payment Provider is the seller of record for your order and handles payment, billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to the Payment Provider's buyer terms and privacy policy, which are presented to you at checkout.
2. License Grant Upon completion of purchase, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for music production (personal or commercial). The license is issued to the email address and name associated with your purchase. There is no fixed activation limit, but the license is for you (or a single business entity) only.

4. Demo Version A free demo is available for evaluation. The demo periodically adds an evaluation noise to the audio output and is for evaluation purposes only. We recommend trying the demo before purchasing.
5. Updates The Developer may provide updates at its discretion but does not guarantee any future updates or specific features.
6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the Software and its accompanying content belong to the Developer or the respective rights holders. Any third-party manufacturer or product names referenced in describing the Software are trademarks of their respective owners and are in no way associated with the Developer; they are used solely to identify the products whose characteristics were studied during development.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty The Software is provided "AS IS". The Developer makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
9. Termination The license granted to you terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
11. Changes to These Terms The Developer may amend these Terms as needed. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this Site.
