Synth-80 Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the refund conditions for the software synthesizers "Synth-80" and "Synth-80 FX" (the "Software"), provided by Jun Murakami (legal name: Jun Takahashi, the "Developer").

1. Please Try the Demo Before You Buy A free, fully featured demo of the Software is available. Because compatibility and feel can vary by system and DAW, please try the demo in your own environment and make sure you are satisfied before purchasing.

2. Digital Goods — General Policy (No Refunds) Because the Software is digital content delivered by download, and because a free demo lets you evaluate it beforehand, purchases are generally non-refundable once the license has been issued (downloaded), except as set out in Sections 3 and 4 below.

3. Defects If the Software has a significant defect that the Developer cannot resolve within a reasonable time, please contact us. We will review the situation and respond appropriately, including issuing a refund where warranted. To assist with support, we may ask for your OS, DAW, and steps to reproduce the issue.

4. Your Statutory Consumer Rights This Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted to you under the laws of your location (for example, in the EU/UK); where such rights apply, they prevail. Note that for digital content, by completing your purchase and starting the download you may be agreeing to immediate supply and acknowledging the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off); this consent is presented at the payment provider's checkout.

5. Merchant of Record Checkout is processed by our Merchant of Record, a third-party payment provider (the "Payment Provider"). The Payment Provider may issue refunds at its own discretion in accordance with applicable law and its own policies. Where a refund is made, it is generally issued by the Payment Provider to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.

6. Exceptions We may decline a refund or future sales where the refund process is being abused (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles in a short period) or where a chargeback has been initiated.
