This Refund Policy applies to the software synthesizer "Synth81Z" (the "Software"), provided by Jun Murakami (legal name: Jun Takahashi, the "Developer").
1. Full Refund Within 14 Days of Purchase If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, you will receive a full refund for any reason, with no exceptions. This applies whether or not you have downloaded, received a license for, activated, or used the Software. Trying the demo or providing evidence of a defect is not required to qualify for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund Submit your request within 14 days through our contact form or by emailing app@bucketrelay.com. To help us identify your purchase, please provide the email address used at checkout and your order number, if available. For purchases through Paddle, you can also use the support link in your receipt email or visit Paddle Buyer Support. Requests submitted within 14 days remain eligible even if processing takes place after that period.
3. Refund Processing and Licenses Refunds are processed through the payment provider, normally to the original payment method. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Once a refund is completed, the corresponding paid license ends and may no longer be used.
4. Statutory Rights and Requests After 14 Days This Policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights, cooling-off periods, and remedies for defective products. Any longer refund period or additional rights required by law take precedence. If you experience a defect or another issue after 14 days, please contact us. We will address your request in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's policies.
5. Purchases Through Paddle For purchases through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payments and refunds. The Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply. The unconditional 14-day full refund offered on this page is a guarantee provided by the Developer.
