13. Support
When reporting a problem or requesting support, including the following information helps us isolate the cause more quickly.
- OS and version (e.g., Windows 11, macOS 14)
- DAW and version you are using (e.g., Cubase 13, Logic Pro 11)
- Plugin format (which of VST3 / AU / AAX / Standalone)
- Synth-80 version (the version shown at the bottom of the screen)
- License status (demo or activated; whether the license appears under
/account) - Steps to reproduce (what operation causes what symptom; be as specific as possible)
- Log file
The log file is written to the following location each time Synth-80 starts (it is overwritten on every launch, so please capture the one created immediately after the symptom appears).
